I was very impressed with the technicians at Alaskan! Tim did the maintenance flush and check on our water heater. He showed me the sediments in the drained water and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was very professional and polite! Our drain in the shower was clogged and he took out all the crud he could reach. It worked and there was no charge for that because he didn’t have to use the auger. It was so nice he offered to do that! He did an excellent job! Chris was out to do our AC Maintenance. I liked how he cleaned the small electrical box and checked all the wires. He sprayed some special cleaning solution on the AC before hosing it down. He was very professional! Very thorough inspection I liked how everything was explained to me. I will definitely use Alaskan Air again and ask for the technicians that just did our services!
